If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

You have 3 calendar days to exchange an item/items from the date you've received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.

Bad Girl Wear does not issue any return labels you have to purchase a shipping label for all returns.

If an item is sold out and you are unable to do an exchange, you will receive a store credit via email for an E gift card. All gift cards must be used within 90 days. Any items purchased with the E gift card are final sale.

Pick-Up Policy

TO ENSURE YOUR PICK-UP PROCESS IS AS EFFICIENT AS POSSIBLE PLEASE BE AWARE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS/INSTRUCTIONS:

◦ YOU HAVE ONLY 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER
◦ YOU MUST PICK-UP YOUR ITEMS DURING BUSINESS HOURS
- MON-FRI: 11AM-6PM 
- SAT: 11AM-5PM 
- SUN: CLOSED
YOU ARE ABLE TO PICKUP YOUR ORDER ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED IT YOU MUST:
◦ PROVIDE ID + DEBIT CARD ASSOCIATED WITH ORDER AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP
◦ CLOTHES ARE TO BE TRIED ON IN THE STORE AT THE TIME OF PICK UP FOR ANY EXCHANGE AND/OR STORE CREDIT
 NO EXCEPTIONS
◦ ONCE YOU LEAVE THE STORE WITH YOUR ORDER THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES OR NO STORE CREDIT
◦ NO REFUNDS

If your pick up has exceeded 5 days you will not be eligible for a store credit or any exchange after five days all sales are final.

TO ENSURE THAT YOUR PACKAGE IS PROPERLY DELIVERED AND THAT YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN THE TIME FRAMES WE ADVERTISE, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECTLY ENTERED AND INCLUDES ALL RELEVANT AND/OR REQUIRED INFORMATION. THE USE OF CORRECT ABBREVIATIONS, STREET NUMBERS, BUILDING OR APARTMENT NUMBERS, AND ROUTE INFORMATION (IF APPLICABLE) IS CRITICAL FOR ENSURING TIMELY DELIVERY. WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST, MISPLACED, OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED SHIPMENTS IF THE ADDRESS INFORMATION PROVIDED IS INCORRECT OR INCORRECTLY ENTERED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.


STANDARD SHIPPING RATES VARY AND MAY/WILL APPLY TOWARDS YOUR ORDER. GENERALLY, MOST OF OUR ORDERS ARE CALCULATED BY WEIGHT AND ARE ESTIMATED ACCORDINGLY. IF ANY DISCREPANCIES ARE FOUND-YOUR TOTAL AT CHECKOUT WILL UPDATE ACCORDINGLY!

UNDERSTAND, ONCE YOUR PACKAGE IS PICKED UP BY THE SELECTED CARRIER-ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A SELECT PROCESSING TIME SEPARATE FROM BAD GIRL WEAR-THIS IS DEPENDENT ON A NUMBER OF FACTORS (SOME/NOT ALL) INCLUDING:

Express shipping:
Any order placed for express shipping must be placed before 12pm to ensure same day shipping. Any order placed after 12pm will go out the next day. (Weekends & hoildays do not apply)
